Refund Conditions and Eligibility
Withdrawal Within 14 Days (No Sessions Attended)
If you withdraw within 14 days of subscription and have not attended any coaching sessions with Vibrantwipe, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee. The refund will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.
Withdrawal After Sessions Attended
If you have participated in coaching sessions or utilized other services provided by Vibrantwipe before withdrawing, you may be charged a reasonable fee proportional to the services already provided. We will calculate this based on the number of coaching sessions attended and other services used.
Cancellation After 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

Processing Timeline

- Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, Vibrantwipe will confirm receipt within 2 business days

- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Processing time by your bank may add 5-10 additional business days
Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. If your payment method has changed or been closed, contact us for alternative arrangements.
Service Pause Option
Rather than canceling entirely, Vibrantwipe offers a service pause option. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without incurring charges or losing your coaching progress. After the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume unless you choose to cancel.
Reactivation and Resumption
If you cancel or pause your subscription with Vibrantwipe:
- You may reactivate within 6 months with the same package level
- Your coaching history and personal data will be retained for up to one year
- Upon reactivation, you will resume from where you left off
- Any new coaching promotions or package pricing will apply upon reactivation
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Coaching sessions already attended and completed
- Downloaded resources or materials used
- Access to community forums and past discussions
- One-time workshop participation fees (unless within the 14-day withdrawal period)
- Taxes and transaction fees (in jurisdictions where applicable)
Exceptions and Special Cases
Technical Issues
If you are unable to access Vibrantwipe's coaching services due to technical problems on our end that persist for more than 3 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for the period of service interruption.
Service Quality Issues
If you believe Vibrantwipe has failed to deliver promised coaching services, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will work with you to address concerns and may offer alternative solutions or partial refunds if warranted.
Medical or Personal Circumstances

Subscription Changes and Downgrades
You can change your coaching package at any time:
- Upgrade: Charges will be pro-rated based on the remaining billing cycle
- Downgrade: Changes take effect at your next billing date; no refund issued for difference
- Pause: Temporarily stop services without losing progress
